Using the service

We use information you submit to provide your account, saved tenders, requested updates and support. Essential storage keeps you signed in and remembers your cookie choice. Our Bidgen privacy policy explains more about how we handle personal information and your rights.

Optional advertising and analytics

If you accept optional cookies, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag on public tender pages. These providers receive information about your visit, including the website address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and IP address. They may match visits to their users so Bidgen can show relevant ads and measure results. Audiences are grouped by the tender website visited, for example Fire Safety Tenders. Meta includes Facebook and Instagram.

We do not send your account details, saved tenders, form entries or email address to these advertising tags. They are disabled on account, sign-in, password, admin and other private routes. We also disable automatic Meta form tracking and enhanced matching. Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics, where configured, loads only after the same choice. Basic Vercel site analytics does not use advertising cookies.

Your choice

Optional tags stay off until you choose “Accept optional”. “Reject optional” leaves them off. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. We remember it on this website for up to 180 days, separately from other tender websites. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional tracking off.

Withdrawing your choice stops future optional tracking and reloads this page to unload the tags. It cannot undo visits already received by a provider. You can also manage cookies and advertising preferences in your browser or provider account.
