Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation

YPO is looking to establish a Framework for the provision of a comprehensive range of Software Application Solutions to support UK public sector organisations and replaces the previous YPO agreement 1095. This framework is for the provision of a new solution, amendment, or upgrade of an existing solution, from a single boxed order through to the full deployment of a software solution and the associated ancillary services. This may include commercial off the shelf software (COTS), open-source software, software licenses or niche and bespoke software. Where required, hosting services may be provided by the Supplier, along with the monitoring and management of the entire solution and can be delivered as a subscription-based Software as a Service model. The framework will incorporate 15 Lots. Goods may be purchased under each Lot, where they are relevant and a requirement to the usage of the overall purchased software requirements. Each Lot has been designed to provide a full end-to-end digital solution, within the category area detailed in the Lot Title and will incorporate AI functionalities. The end customer will place orders directly with the Supplier following an Award Without Competition or Competitive Selection Process on a "contract" basis whereby the Supplier will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Invoices and payments are dealt with directly between the end customer and the Supplier.

Biggleswade Town Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation to provide comprehensive IT Support services, including the management of existing IT infrastructure, telephony, connectivity, licensing, and cyber security. The Council intends to appoint a single preferred supplier responsible for support services, account management, and consolidated billing, with clearly defined points of contact and responsibilities. The Council operates a flexible and hybrid working environment, supported by investments in Microsoft 365, network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, cyber security, and meeting room technology. Staff regularly work remotely, Council meetings are held both in person and virtually via Zoom and YouTube, and mobile technology is used across a range of Council services. The Council is seeking a reliable, responsive, and secure IT partner to support its ongoing operational and digital requirements. The contract will initially run for three years, with the option to extend subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The Authority is further extending its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony and Communication Services for an additional 24 months until 27 March 2028. The DPS comprises of two lots: Lot 1 - Telephony and Communication Services Lot 2 - Enterprise Bundled Services The Authority wishes to take this opportunity to refresh the supplier list to ensure current suppliers retain the minimum qualifying criteria, still have up-to-date contact details and still wish to remain as a supplier. Accordingly, suppliers that are currently on the DPS are required to refresh and resubmit their Single Procurement Document (SPD) in order to remain as a DPS supplier. There is no need to resubmit any case study evidence for current suppliers. Current suppliers are required to submit an updated SPD within six weeks of this Contract Notice being issued. Failure to do so will result in current suppliers being removed from the DPS. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) set up a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 48 months and invited bidders to request to participate for the Spark — The Technology Innovation Marketplace DPS. This DPS provides central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure an extensive range of innovative technology products and services. The four (4) distinct elements of the DPS service filters are subject/problem area, delivery method (technology type), geographical location and security level. Appointed Suppliers will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This notice is to advise this DPS has been extended until 15/02/2029 based on current spend profiling there is no need to increase the total value.
